How to request erasure of your personal data and what to expect from verification through completion.
Your Right To Erasure
If the GDPR applies to your data, you may request deletion of personal data we hold about you, also known as the right to erasure (Article 17). We review each request and respond within applicable legal timelines.
Provide enough detail for us to identify your records (email used, phone, or context of contact).
Submit the request. You will receive a reference ID after successful submission.
If you prefer not to use the form, you may send a written deletion request by mail to the address listed below and clearly mark it "GDPR Data Deletion Request."
Verification Process
Before deleting data, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity and prevent unauthorized deletion. If we cannot verify identity, we may not be able to complete the request.
Verification is limited to what is reasonably necessary.
We do not use verification data for unrelated purposes.
Authorized agents may submit requests where legally permitted.
What We Delete
Inquiry and consultation submissions associated with your identity.
Privacy request records where retention is not legally required.
Associated identifiers in operational systems when feasible.
Where complete deletion is not technically possible (for example, immutable backups), data is isolated and removed according to backup retention schedules.
When We May Retain Data
In certain cases, we may deny or partially fulfill deletion requests if retention is required by law or permitted under GDPR, including for:
Compliance with legal obligations.
Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
Security, fraud prevention, or abuse prevention.
Record-keeping required for regulated business activities.
Response Timeline
We respond to valid requests within one month. If a request is complex or numerous, we may extend by up to two additional months, and we will notify you if an extension is needed.
Appeals And Complaints
If you believe your request was not handled correctly, contact us first so we can review the decision. If applicable, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
